Therapeutic experiences.

Individual sessions at the ranch, in the company of the herd. This is not the group retreat work. Here you choose the person you want to work with.

Everyone on this page works differently and trained differently. The label above each name says exactly what they practise, so you know what you are walking into before you write.

Today these sessions are coaching and complementary practice, not clinical therapy. They sit well alongside therapy, but they do not replace it. If you are looking for clinical therapy, tell us and we will point you in the right direction.

Her advanced training includes HeartMath's Activating the Heart of Teams and Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching (ORSC), bringing a systems-oriented lens to her work with both individuals and groups. Alanna's approach is experiential, practical, and grounded in the belief that meaningful change begins with awareness and becomes lasting through practice.

Working with horses creates an opportunity to see and experience patterns around presence, trust, boundaries, communication, and connection in real time. Alanna helps clients make sense of what emerges, reframe patterns that may no longer be serving them, and experiment with different ways of responding, then translate those insights into their everyday lives, relationships, and leadership. It's not about getting it "right." It's about becoming more aware of what you're bringing into the moment, practicing something different, and discovering what changes when you do.

Sessions
  • Equine-assisted coaching

Presence, trust, boundaries, communication, and connection, seen in real time with the horses and carried back into everyday life and leadership.
