Regalo

He was born an hour after the end of Chris's birthday, which is how he got his name. Regalo means a gift.

He arrived the way foals do, overnight and all at once, and immediately reorganized everyone's priorities. Chilaca is taking time off from the trails to raise him, and the rest of us take time off from getting anything done whenever he is out in the field.
